Lance Stacy is a Professional Sound Engineer based in the Austin, Texas area.
With over 20 years of experience, Lance’s career in sound and lighting began with various central Texas bands and artist. In 2005, the company emerged on a budget with a small P.A., lights and a trailer. Lance is the owner of Lance Stacy Pro Sound. The entire production business, crew and client roster have grown.
As a sound engineer, Lance has worked for Johnny Lee, Aaron Watson, The Texas Tornados and the late-great Gary Stewart. Although not a touring crewmember, he has been involved in many production aspects of the Texas music business. Lance has provided production for Grammy Award Winners, Asleep at the Wheel and Little Joe and La Familia. Red Dirt and Texas Artists- Jason Boland & the Stragglers, Cory Morrow and Kyle Park have also used his production services.
Lance continues to establish new relationships with many venues, festivals, artist, corporate organizations and promoters. He strives to provide quality sound services with a “whatever it takes” attitude. The Llano Crawfish Open, Smithville Jamboree and Red Gorilla Fest are available references.
Lance enjoys helping the local community and has contributed his services to benefit individuals in the Texas music community and organizational charities, youth organizations, and cancer victims.
